The second antidote was posted just after 6:00 PM EST on February 11.
David and Jordan were the last houseguests to locate the antidote and were subsequently placed in quarantine. In order to leave quarantine, an infected houseguest must successfully complete a challenge. As houseguests enter quarantine, the challenges will become increasingly difficult. If the houseguest fails to properly complete the challenge, however, he or she will be eliminated from the game and sent to the Jury House.
David and Jordan each had 24 hours to complete this challenge:Under the Quarantine Challenges board, there is a sub-board entitled Safety. This board is password-protected and the password you need is coded below:
16-17-36-55-78-93-111-115
It is eight letters long and the only clue I can give you to help decode it is that the code is cumulative in nature. Once you crack the code and access the Safety board, you must post in the board to prove that you were there.
If both quarantined houseguests access the board before the deadline, you will both re-enter the game. If only one of you makes the deadline, the successful houseguest will re-enter the game while the other will be sent to the Jury House. If neither of you manage to crack the code by 9:00 PM EST, this challenge will become sudden death: the first houseguest to post on the Safety board will be safe and the other will be eliminated.The correct password was: PASSWORD.
After a few hours, the password-protected board was finally accessed by...
 
Congratulations, David and Jordan! You both successfully completed the quarantine challenge and survived infection. You are now officially back in the game and will enjoy immunity for the remainder of the week.
Remember, houseguests: the antidote can be posted at any time between eviction and nominations, and the last houseguest to locate it will be immediately quarantined. Quarantine challenges will increase in difficulty each time someone becomes infected so make sure to keep your eye on the news fader.

I know how I got here, I'm just not sure where the P came from.
I found the numbers that were between every number, and ended up with 1,19,19,23,15,18, and 5. It spelt "assword", and I assumed the password was password. But how do you get the P?

why did you bother if you dont even want to be in this game?
You posted the antidote for everyone, and then threw it so you were quarentined. If you don't want to be in the game and put the time committment into it then just leave. I wished we were vsing each other for safety so you would be gone.

Jordan, I do want to be in this game. I posted the antidote so all you bitches and hoes would take it, and all I needed was one competition to be given Immunity. And I didn't do the veto last week because I thought I ran out of time, I didn't know about the extension, and I had assumed I didn't have time for it, anyways. People voted to keep me here because they wanted me here, and I won't let them down.

Good job, David! You both managed to save yourselves! Hmm...maybe I'll post the results tonight then.  To answer your question, David, here's how it worked: The 16 is for the letter P. From there, each number is a cumulative addition of the number before. So the letter A would be 1 + the previous number, which would give a total of 16. S would 19 + 17; the next S would be 19 + 36, etc. Either way, congratulations to both of you! You're in the final seven!! |
