Houseguests, a virus has struck the Big Brother Anarchy house and almost everyone is at risk of infection.
There is some good news and some bad news.
The bad news is that this virus will make it much more difficult for some of you to stay in the Big Brother Anarchy house. In fact, at certain intervals in the game, you may have to work desperately to preserve your lifespan in the game.
The good news is that there is an antidote. However, there is only a limited quantity. Here is an example of what the antidote looks like:
After certain evictions, I will post the antidote somewhere on the board. (It won’t be the exact image I posted above; each time, the image will change slightly.) When I post the antidote, I will let you know on the news fader. That is your cue to locate the antidote as fast as possible and post the image in your diary room. The last person to post the antidote will become infected and faces the risk of being eliminated from the game.
If you are infected, you will be quarantined. This means you are not to have contact with any of your housemates. Your headshot and avatar will turn green (as you’ve seen occur in the past two days) and you will be given an individual time-based challenge. If you succeed, you will leave quarantine and re-enter the game. If you fail, however, you will be eliminated from the game and become a member of the Jury. You cannot discuss this challenge with your housemates. However, the results (whether you succeed or fail) will be posted once the challenge is completed.
The virus has a very serious impact on the dynamics of power in the house. A quarantined houseguest cannot compete for Head of Household or the Power of Veto, and similarly, cannot be nominated for eviction. If the infected houseguest successfully completes the individual challenge, he or she will receive immunity for the remainder of the week.
Currently, only one of you has immunity this week. Britney, as outgoing Head of Household, you are immune from becoming infected and have the added privilege of being immune from nomination at any point in this round. Additionally, at the end of this week, you will select one person from Team Old School to enjoy immunity next week.
Since the virus is new to the Big Brother Anarchy house, I will give you a first-time warning. An antidote will be posted before the deadline for the next Head of Household competition. Keep your eyes peeled.

Is there a timeframe to find the antidote? Because say, two people never find it .. what happens?

Wow, this is crazy, Julie! Is there a timeframe to find the antidote? Because say, two people never find it .. what happens? Good question, Daniele. I don't foresee that happening. The antidote won't be impossible to find; it will simply be a matter of searching through the threads until you see it. |

Five antidotes have been posted throughout the forum: one for each of you.
Houseguests, the five of you have 24 hours to work together and locate all five antidotes. You will then post only your own antidote in your Diary Room.
If you collectively succeed, no one will be quarantined this week and the virus twist will be officially over. But, if any houseguest fails to post their individual antidote in their Diary Room by the deadline, they will have to complete a live fifteen-minute quarantine challenge tomorrow evening in order to re-enter the game.
All of this will happen before the next Head of Household competition,
which will be posted tomorrow night after I announce the results of this final twist.
It's time to put your differences aside and work together in order to purge the house of the virus. Good luck.
